The Process

Fill your trash container
- Fill your trash bin that's provided.
- Securely tie your trash bag, eliminating loose objects.
- Avoid placing broken glass or sharp objects in the bag.
- Double bag any ripped trash bags.

Place your trash container outside your front door.
- Trash bin must be placed outside your front door.
- Place flatten boxes (broken down) next to the trash bin.

We'll take care of the rest!
- Two text notifications will be sent out to inform residence of arrival, and ending of collection.
- Once notification is received, all residents should place their bins outside their doors for collection.
- After departing, a notification will be sent and residents can retrieve their trash bins and wait for the next service.
